As a LEED? Platinum targeted project, Dockside Green's principles of New Urbanism, smart growth, green building and sustainable community design are all essential elements of their development plan.
Fairware worked with Dockside Green to develop a 'gift with purchase' product that reflects their deep green values.The result? A custom built running/wind vest made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester ecoPET fabric for all new home buyers.
